Jennifer Paleczny started training in traditional taekwondo with Master Tessin Bozard in the early Spring of 2018.  It would be an understatement to say that training changed her life.  She feels she has grown tremendously- physically, emotionally, and mentally.  Training has brought her perserverence and self-control.  Jennifer loves demonstrating forms and working on flexibility.
